Terms & Conditions

• Lead Time: About 12-16 Weeks after Artwork Layout been Approved. We make every effort to deliver your order within our quoted lead time – but due to the nature of importing, there are factors beyond our control which may lead to delays.

• Artwork: Finished artwork files to be emailed to sales@foodpackagingonline.com.au. Artwork bag layout will be emailed back for approval.

• Set-Up Costs: Free Printing Plates (Remain the property of Paper Bags Online).

• GST: All prices quoted are exclusive of 10% GST.

• No Storage: Delivery to be taken in bulk. Please note total carton quantities for your own storage requirements.

• Final Quantity: In accordance with industry standards, a 10% over/under variance on the ordered quantity is applicable. Overs will be invoiced for payment and unders will be refunded.

• Delivery Charge: To be calculated at checkout. Any additional delivery charges due to bulky goods, or remote areas will be communicated to the customer prior to production, whereby the customer reserves the right to cancel the order for full refund if not accepting of extra charge.

• Claims: All claims for errors or adjustments must be made within 7 days from the receipt of goods.
